HSO and Express Mart are excited to announce the return of our fishing tournament fundraiser this year with our “em outdoors, gone fishing tournament”! This year we are partnering with Jefferson County non-profit Living Life on 2 Wheels to bring bike parks to Jefferson County. We have already raised $28,864.24 through fundraising efforts at our 9 Express Mart convenient stores, and we are looking for your help to get us to our goal of $100,000!

TITLE SPONSOR – Limit 1 ($5,000) – Sold
Two (2) boat entries*, (large) logo on group banner, mentions in (all) social media posts, (large) logo on t-shirt, two (2) individual yard signs, logo on tournament brochure, event mentions at dinner, silent auction, launch, and weigh-in, and six (6) tournament t-shirts.

PARTNER SPONSOR – ($2,500)
One (1) boat entry*, (medium) logo on group banner, social media mentions, (small) logo on t-shirt, one (1) individual yard sign, event mentions at dinner, launch, and weigh-in, logo displayed on buffet dinner table, coolers, and breakfast tables, and four (4) tournament t-shirts.

LARGEMOUTH SPONSOR – ($1,000)
One (1) boat entry, name on group banner, social media mentions, logo on group yard sign, name in goodie bag flyer, and two (2) tournament t-shirts.

SMALLMOUTH SPONSOR – ($750)
Social media mention, name on group yard sign, name on group banner, and two (2) tournament t-shirts.

BLUEGILL SPONSOR – ($400)
Name on group yard sign and name on group banner.

*Free boat entry must be used by sponsor or designated substitute.

Saturday Agenda

• BBQ Dinner hosted by express mart at our new store!
• Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
• Tournament pre-registration
• Thank you banquet
  • Silent auction
  • Catered dinner (one meal per participant, additional meal tickets may be purchased)
  • Drinks
  • 50/50 raffle

Sunday Agenda

• Day of registration at 6:00 a.m., no late fee
• Pre-launch breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and goodie bags
• Launch and weigh-in at PB2
• Tournament start time, 7:30 a.m. or safe light
• 3:30 p.m. weigh-in
• Attendance prices and 50/50 raffle announced after weigh-in

BOAT LAUNCH

Launch your boat from PB2 the night prior to the tournament. No boats
will be allowed to launch from PB2 the morning of the tournament.
